Guidelines for submitting a work requests

Normal work requests that do not meet the emergency criteria listed below should be submitted through the work request system with the default priority of Normal.

Emergency work requests must meet the following criteria, also in addition to submitting an Emergency work request with the priority set to URGENT please make sure to call the Maintenance Office at 444-5133

Criteria for an "Emergency Work Request"
*Affecting the health, safety or security of students, teachers or staff.
*Affecting the teacher's ability to instruct class.

Submit a Maintenance Work Request

Only selected personnel at each location have been given access to the Maintenance Work Request System, if you need to submit a request and are denied access please see your building supervisor.
