eClass Grades and Attendance

The following web pages were created to help you with common problems you may  encounter with eClass Grades or Attendance. If you cannot find the answer to your issue here, you can contact Ed Saunders at 443-2694 or email him at saunderse@wcschools.com.

To search through the eClass help files simply type in one or more keywords to search for and click the Search button.
Searches can include * as a wildcard. Exact phrase searching is also enabled using "quote marks"

Instructions on how to correct Quarter Grading Period Error:

1. Open eClass Grades
2. Open class that needs corrected
3. Click "Class" on toolbar
4. Select "Copy From"
5. Select "Grading Periods & Overall Summaries"
6. Click "Select File"
7. Choose the file generic.cls from your folder number
8. Click "OK"

The correct grading periods (1st Nine Weeks, etc.) should now be present in Map Bins, to check Bin Mappings follow these steps:

1. Open class in eClass Grades
2. Click on Class
3. Click on Map Bins…
4. Verify that you have the correct bin mappings

Below is a picture of what your bins should look like at the high schools for Term 2; please use the same Grading Periods for Term 1:
