Data - District Owned vs. School Owned:

Open District information is used at all schools, but its information is separate from information contained in Win School. However, information in Win School is replicated and stored in Open District for reporting purposes. Unfortunately, not all items in Win School will synch with Open District (i.e., bus numbers must be entered into Open District.) You can only run reports for the school year you are in. Open District does not apply to archival data. You must open past year databases as you have in the past.
