FIFTH GRADE SUPPLY LIST

 2008 – 2009

Please label all supplies with your child’s name in permanent ink.

Individual teacher may need other supplies.

Calculator (Not more than $5.00)

Notebook Paper (wide rule)

Pencils (NO STA-SHARPS OR MECHANICAL PENCILS, please)

Several red ink pens

School box or similar item to hold supplies (glues, scissors, etc…) in locker

1 Pair scissors

White glue stick

Ruler

Colored pencils

1 ½ inch 3-ring binder

5 or more index tab dividers WITH POCKETS

Zipper pouch for binder 

Recorders are required.  If you child does not have one, it may be purchased from Mrs. Robertson, music teacher. 

Also, there will be a $15 materials fee that will be due at the beginning of the school year. 

For your convenience, some supplies will be available for purchase beginning August 1, 2008 in the office.
