Skills Learned in Information Management Systems
There are many useful skills you will learn in Information Management Systems. Some of these skills include:
Learning hardware and software components
Employing word processing software to create, modify, store, retrieve and print documents
Designing and create publication layouts
Designing and creating a database
Formatting spreadsheets, creating charts, and constructing text, values, and formulas using spreadsheet software.
Exploring the use of e-mail, voice messages, faxes and video conferencing.
Practicing team-building skills
Practicing time-management skills
Maintain a personal records management system

These courses focus mainly on Desktop Publishing and HTML design. Some of the skills you will learn in Computer Tech II are:
