1.  Using the link provided here, access the Tennessee Curriculum Framework for the course you teach for which you are designing this lesson plan.

2.  Select a standard which fits a current or past learning expectation you have covered.  Use the Word Technology Lesson Plan Template to identify the Title of the Lesson, Subject, Grade, and Curriculum Standard you have chosen.

3.  Explore sample lessons developed to get an idea of the scope of a Technology Based Lesson Plan for your subject matter.

3.  Use search engines to find other examples of lesson plans or project resources.  Example:  type "engaged learning with Technology" in a search engine to produce the following reference:  Handbook of Engaged Learning Projects  or use a web site with a lesson plan database  Find resources such as Blue Web'n that are all subject matters for interdisciplinary units 

4.  Understand how the lesson components must be organized.  Use the following link to understand the NetQ Model Theory of Integrating Technology into your lesson plans.

5.  Decide what the scope of your lesson plan will be and use the Word lesson plan template provided to write a descriptive narrative.
