Mr. Underwood's Reflection of Lesson

Jerry Underwood served twenty-one years in the Army.  He is now in his second year of teaching in the Wilson County School System.  While serving eight years in Germany, he attended the University of Maryland and completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in German with a minor in Czech.  After returning stateside, he completed a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at LaRoche College in Pittsburgh, PA and focused on organizational development and training during his last years in the Army.  Mr. Underwood's personal philosophy on integrating technology in his classes is:

"Students learn by doing.  What better way to elicit a desire for learning than to teach them educational tasks using the technology tools at hand?"
