2. Identify any associated activities which need to occur before students use the technology. Add them to your Lesson Plan Template file in Word.
3. Research the Internet for links to assist students in carrying out the specified activities. Bookmark them into a folder for future reference. It is helpful to create notes in a Word file with embedded links to refer to later.
4. Decide what hardware and software you will need to carry out the lesson plan and student activities. Add that information to your lesson plan template file.
5. Determine any prerequisite skills students need and at what levels allowing for some review if needed.
6. Create a reasonable timeline for your lesson plan adding details, if necessary.
7. Determine what teacher activities will be necessary for you to accomplish before implementing the lesson.
8. Determine what you will need to do after technology is used to focus on the curriculum standard you have chosen.
