MJ Current Events

Students do not forget that March 23rd, the Tuesday immediately following spring break, is a state-wide ACT test date. Please remember to keep reading and to maintain positive study habits. It would be greatly beneficial to take a book home to read over the break and to practice math skills. All students will be testing that day. Freshmen students will take a practice PLAN test. Sophomore students will take a practice ACT test. Have a great break!

The 9 weeks grading period ends on Friday, March 5th.

The “Hope for Haiti” drive was a complete success at Mt Juliet High School. The drive lasted for 4 days and over $1500 was donated. Also almost 6 boxes of supplies were taken: Baby wipes, hand sanitizer, clothes, and baby formula. The supplies and money are on the way to Haiti right now. The money will help feed and shelter many Haitians who were affected by the catastrophic earthquake. It is great knowing that MJHS can make a difference around the world and especially when a crisis occurs.
