MJHS Student Enrollment Information
*If enrolling during the summer, please call the Administrative Office at 758-5606 for the summer registration dates.
*During the calendar school year, new students may enroll between the hours of 8:00am and 2:30pm.
*Please note that students transferring to MJHS from another high school may be subject to different credit requirements for graduation. A counselor will advise transfer students of their requirements based on transcripts from their previous school(s).
*Please be advised that Wilson County Schools have a dress code policy. Students cannot attend classes unless they are dress code compliant. The dress code policy can be accessed here.
The following requirements must be met prior to enrollment. Transfer students must have withdrawal form from previous school.
Academic Records - Grades and credits from previous school.
-If enrolling at the beginning of the school year this can be an unofficial transcript or report card. |
Immunization Records -
-If transferring from a Tennessee school this form should already be on file and will be transferred when official records are requested by us.
-If transferring from private or out-of-state a Tennessee Certificate of Immunization (a green form) will be required. This can be obtained through the Wilson County Health Dept. (located in Lebanon, TN), a local clinic, or doctor's office.
-First time students in this state must have proof of physical examination. |
Proof of Residency -
-A utility bill from one of the following will be accepted as proof that you live in the Mt. Juliet School District: gas, water, or electric.
-We cannot accept as proof of residency a driver's license or addressed check.
-If purchasing a new home, approval of residency must be obtained through Mr. Phillip Barnes, Residency/Attendance Clerk of Wilson County Schools (444-3282). |
Custody Papers (If student does not live with natural parents)
-Court records, signed by a judge must show proof of legal guardianship by the person the student is living with. |
Student Data -
-Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Driver's License. |
