After 5 months of renovations, the new auditorium at Mt. Juliet Middle School is ready to be unveiled. Tuesday, October 25, at 5:00 Wilson County school officials will host a dedication ceremony for the newly renovated auditorium.

The facility, which holds 780 people, has all new restrooms and seating, a high-tech lighting system for school performances, and a larger stage that’ll be used by the drama department, for their 2 annual productions.

The $3.3 million dollar project got underway at the end of last school year. They were the first major upgrades to the auditorium since it was built in 1966. Students at Mt. Juliet Middle are looking forward to holding their first performance, “Elf”, at the new auditorium in December.
