Administration

    Daniel Hill was born in Detroit, MI. At age 5 his family moved to Hermitage, TN. He graduated from DuPont High School and Middle Tennessee State University. His teaching began at Mt. Juliet Jr. High where he taught science, economics, and health for nine years. He also coached freshmen boys basketball and assisted with freshmen football. The next four years were spent as assistant Principal in charge of discipline at Lebanon High School. Mr. Hill became principal at Southside in 1991.

    Mr. Hill has spent many years coaching and officiating youth sports. He has coached in the WWBA and softball at Tucker’s Crossroads. He loves basketball and playing golf.  He, wife Debbie, and their children, Kellie, Amy and Zach are all avid Titans fans.

    Clint Dennison grew up in Crawfordsville, IN. He graduated from Crawfordsville High School where he excelled in all sports. While earning his degree at Middle Tennessee State University, he was part of the OVC Championship Basketball teams of 1973, 1974, & 1975. He was also a high jumper for the OVC Championship track team at MTSU.

    Mr. Dennison began his teaching career at Mt. Juliet Jr. High before moving to Watertown High for 14 1/2 years. At some point, he served as a coach in every sport offered at Watertown. Mr. Dennison came to Southside in 1993.

    Mr. Dennison has been active in FCA throughout his years as a student and as an educator. He is presently involved in coaching WWBA and softball at Tucker’s Crossroads. He loves working with videography and sponsors SES TV Studio. Other interests include playing the guitar, playing tennis, and handyman jobs.

    He and wife Shain have one son, Nathaniel, a student here at Southside.
