Important Prom Information

*Prom will be held on May 17, 2008 at the Maxwell House Hotel…where we had it last year.

*The doors will open at 7:00 for check-in and pictures.  If you don’t have your photo ticket, please bring a photo ID.

*Prom will begin at 7:30, and the last dance around 11:30.

Last year a senior-wide vote was taken…no senior walk and no parents.  Once again, the council has voted against doing a senior walk, and parents will not be invited. 

*IMPORTANT CHANGE…Prom Ticket Sales

November 14th………………..Prom tickets go on sale for $40 a ticket
January 7th……………………….Prom tickets go to $50 a ticket
March 24th……………………….Prom tickets go to $60 a ticket

*Wednesday May 7th (NOT Friday MAY 2ND)…”Last Day to Buy” for $60
After this day tickets aren’t really intended to be sold but will be for $100 to those who
have waited.  We DO NOT want anyone to have to buy a ticket at this price, so buy yours by May 7th!!! 

We will sell tickets up until May 16th for $100 a ticket.  You will not be allowed to buy tickets at the door the night of prom.

May 17th……………………………Prom!!!!

To purchase a ticket, see Mrs. Caldwell or Mrs. Sorey before or after school.  You do not have to have your date’s name at the time of purchase. HOWEVER…If you’ve purchased
2 tickets…one for you and your unknown date, you MUST let Mrs. Caldwell know the name of your date no later than May 2nd.  This date hasn’t change.   We send the photo ID tickets to be printed that Friday.

Traveling I-40 (West) through downtown Nashville to exit #208 which is 65 North.
Take 65 North, exit #85, MetroCenter Boulevard.
Turn left, and at the second stoplight turn left again.
