Becky Siever

Assistant Principal

My name is Becky Siever and I am thrilled to be at West Elementary.  I was a classroom teacher at Lakeview and Mt. Juliet Elementary before becoming the new Assistant Principal.  I have experience teaching grades 2^nd- 6^th grades and I even briefly taught an adult GED class. I have also taught in the White County school district as well as Holy Rosary Academy. 

I am married to Philip and have two terrific boys.  One is in the 5^th grade at Lakeview and the other is an 8^th grade student at Mt. Juliet Middle School. 

I believe that all children should be treated fairly and with respect.   I want to help them learn to be good citizens and great students.  One of my favorite sayings is, "If it is to be, it is up to me."  I think all students should make that part of their every day life at West.  I want them to know that they are the only ones that can "MAKE IT HAPPEN" whether it be making good grades or making good behavior choices.
