Ms

Ms. Allen teaches English for 7^{th
and 8th grade. She grew up in Mt. Juliet and graduated from MJHS. She then
earned her BA in English at Belmont University and her MAT from the
University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She taught 11th and 12th grade at
Mt. Juliet High and coached the debate team for 2 years. She worked as
editor of the United Methodist Publishing House for almost 20 years before
returning to teaching in 2003. She dotes on her 3 nieces and nephew: Monica,
Ryan, and Megan and has 2 cats: Missy and Bitsy.}
