The plan will be updated immediately as additional information and guidance is given from the State Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), so please check our website for future updates.
Kindergarten Enrollment Begins March 5, 2020!
Parents of incoming Kindergarten students are encouraged to set up an online account, and begin the enrollment process by visiting:
Note: If you already have a child attending school in Wilson Co., please use your existing Skyward Family Access account to add your incoming Kindergarten student in the section titled “New Student Online Enrollment.” If you have a Pre-K student currently enrolled in a Wilson County School, your school will instruct you on the procedure to enroll for the kindergarten year.
Due to the closure of schools through March 31st, the program we use to sign up for pre-enrollment appointment times, Signup Genius, has been temporarily removed. Pre-enrollment appointments are being postponed along with Kindergarten Fair nights. We do look forward to meeting prospective students and parents, and we will share new pre-enrollment dates and times when we have more information for you.

Registration will be completed at your zoned elementary school. Check back here soon for more information on completing applications and dates and times to turn in additional paperwork and required documents.
What's Up Wilson!
Parents who would like to request an “out of zone” transfer for next school year will be able to submit an application, starting February 1, 2020. This includes all teachers and staff, who work for the district. Open Enrollment runs from February 1 - February 28, for the 2020-2021 school calendar year. Eight Schools are eligible for an open transfer, including the new Green Hill High School, which will open in August
The latest Report Card issued by the Tennessee Department of Education indicates that Wilson County Schools performed exceptionally well overall. The new information reflects our commitment to thrive, excel and maintain our position as one of the top performing public school districts throughout the entire state.
