Truancy Forms & Driver Testing Information
Due to the COVID-19 closures, the DMV has suspended all knowledge and road skills testing until further notice. Permit expirations have been extended by 6 months and permit renewals may be done online.
Truancy documentation will be issued once schools reopen. Check back here for an announcement on the reopening of DMV centers. At that time, Truancy Letters may be requested from the school attendance clerk.

What's Up Wilson!
Parents who would like to request an “out of zone” transfer for next school year will be able to submit an application, starting February 1, 2020. This includes all teachers and staff, who work for the district. Open Enrollment runs from February 1 - February 28, for the 2020-2021 school calendar year. Eight Schools are eligible for an open transfer, including the new Green Hill High School, which will open in August
The latest Report Card issued by the Tennessee Department of Education indicates that Wilson County Schools performed exceptionally well overall. The new information reflects our commitment to thrive, excel and maintain our position as one of the top performing public school districts throughout the entire state.
