    • Wilson County CTE Work Ethics Distinction is a credential that graduating students can earn to show their readiness to enter the workforce. Many local employers value the soft skills listed in the rubric as key characteristics of a good employee. Wilson County Schools has partnered with Wilson Works and local employers to offer interviews for students who earn a CTE Work Ethics Distinction.
