Brooke is a therapist specializing in individual and group therapy for adults and adolescents, and maintains a private practice in Mt. Juliet, TN.
Brooke’s vision for counseling is to, “foster an environment that promotes the client’s exploration of resolutions to life’s problems.” Brooke understands that therapy can be a difficult, yet rewarding process. Brooke believes that the real work of therapy must be done by the client and works collaboratively with the client to identify therapy goals and the “roadmap” to the achievement of those goals. Because Brooke believes that each client presents unique problems, she uses an integrative approach to therapy that draws mainly from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
