  • Math, Science, Social Studies, and ELA Instructional Guides

    Instructional guides are developed as necessary to support current statewide instructional standards and practices along with district and school strategic plans.

    Teacher Expectations:

    • Use as a framework to develop units of study, individual lesson plans, and approaches to instruction to serve the students' needs.
    • Use as a map of logical sequence of instruction.
    • Follow the sequence and the content of the curriculum and instructional guides.
    • Use professional judgment in determining the most effective methods for implementing the guides.
