NEW HIRE PROCESS

After the Human Resources office receives your recommendation for hire, you will receive a Welcome to Wilson County Schools email that will provide an overview of the next steps in the hiring process. Soon after, you will be receiving an official offer that will also contain a background check registration form and a pre-employment physical.

Pre-Employment Physical

All employees are required to complete a physical prior to beginning work. Any health care provider, walk-in clinic, or your primary care doctor can conduct the physical as long as it is recorded on our district physical form.
