What's Up Wilson!

  • School Closure: January 20, 2022

Wilson County Schools will be closed on Thursday, January 20th. This closure is not only due to some icy spots that have been detected early this morning, especially in the northern parts of the county, but it will also provide added relief for recent staffing issues we’ve experienced due to COVID. In addition, temperatures will struggle to reach the freezing mark today. There would be very minimal thawing for any roads this morning affected by the overnight weather. Kids Club will operate on a normal schedule today. The district’s central office (ATC) will be open. All 12-month employees should report. However, if travel would be difficult for you this morning, then please communicate with your supervisor.
