    On November 21st, members of the Beta Club attended their state convention at Opryland Hotel where they took part in many competitions. We are very proud of the diligence and hard work of our students, and the following events are some of the highlights of the weekend:

    Maya Gipson placed 4th in Black and White Photography

    Ethan Mallas placed 2nd in Math

    Leeny Jacobs placed 2nd in Creative Writing

    Connor Shaw placed 4th in Science

    Sean Redmond, Jackson Lea, Britony Gill, and Shelby Bryant placed 3rd in Freshman Problem Solving

    Student Council is hosting Lebanon High School's canned food drive.  Our Canned food drive will frun from December 2nd-December 6th and the goal is 30,000 cans.  These cans will go to the Community Help Center and feed families in Wilson County. 

    Here is what is most needed and how many cans each item is worth.  Please note that ramen noodles are not accepted by the help center.

    Canned meat (4 cans) 

    Pork and beans, canned ham, vienna sausages, ravioli with meat, beef stew, etc.

    • Boxed or bagged rice (2 cans)
    • Peanut butter (2 cans)                                    
    • Macaroni & cheese
    • Oatmeal (2 cans)                                                                               
    • Canned vegetables (1 can)                                          
    • Canned fruit    (1 can)
    • Canned or dried beans (1 can)
    • Cereal (1 can)
    • PLEASE NO GLASS CONTAINERS OR BOTTLES!
    • PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES ON YOUR DONATIONS!

    Winter Concert- The Winter Band and Choir Concert is on Saturday, December 7th at 6:30 pm in the LHS auditorium.

    LHS Baseball is having their 2nd annual Winter Baseball Night December 20th from 5:00pm to 8:30 pm for Ages 5-14.

    Seniors: Stop by the Blue Devil Bank during lunch to verify the correct spelling of your name that will be on your diploma.  Remember that your name must match your birth certificate.

    Attn: Seniors- You can now being paying your $65 Senior fee. The senior fee will cover the cap, gown, tassel, diploma, and diploma cover. You may pay at the Blue Devil Bank across from the cafeteria during all lunches using cash or check or pay on-line through the link below. Remember when paying on-line, there is a convenience fee. Be sure and give your height and weight so the correct cap and gown is ordered  Link to pay Senior Fee

    Spring Band-All students that are signed up for any spring band class should stop by the band room and pick up audition material and information. Students must audition to be placed in the correct spring class.  Auditions will be after school on November 4th and 5th in the band room. See Mr. Channell if you have any questions.

    Pre-Order your Yearbook Now.  Yearbooks are $75 You can pre-order outside A303 during lunch or purchase on-line.  Reminder there is a convenience fee added to all on-line order.

    Helpful Info

    Driver's Permit-Students getting their driver's permit need to have a Truancy Form from Lebanon High School. Students need to go to A-100 and sign your name on the clip board to request your truancy Form.  There is a 24-hour notice for the Truancy Form.

    Parking Tags- Students should no longer be driving to school without a parking pass.  Stickers will be placed on windows.  Parking Tags are purchased at the Blue Devil Bank across from the cafeteria.

    The Dance Team has a Panera Bread Spirit night this Friday November 22nd from 4pm-8pm.
