    School Pictures and Senior Picture Retakes will be October 15 and 16. 

    Seniors: Please let Ms. Peterson know if you need a retake when you fill out your Senior Yearbook Information Form(This was Sent to your school email)

    Crew Sign-ups for the Fall Playcrew is this week.  Mrs. Miranne has a form posted for you to scan on the bullentin board by the back and outisde of A702.


    • ACT 
      • Tuesday, September 22nd
      • All 11th graders will take a practice ACT, which is mandatory and provides valuable data for the school.
      • All 12th graders will take the official ACT Test.
      • All 9th and 10th graders will be learning remotely on this date.
      • We are still following the A/B Hybrid schedule, so Thursday will be A day and B day will be Wednesday and Friday.
      • 11th and 12th graders may sign out after the ACT as long as they bring a parent note by September 22nd.
      • More details will go out later this week.

    • PSAT
      • A flyer with all the details is attached.
      • Takes place on October 14
      • Open to all 10th and 11th graders.
      • Cost is $17 and can be paid in the guidance office or online.
      • Must sign up for the test in guidance, even if you pay online.
      • 11th graders may score high enough to qualify for National Merit Finalist status

    CLUB INFO

    FBLA will have a brief informational meeting today after school in the Bank.

    Science Olympiad will meet on September 17th(Thursday) and 18th(Friday) after school in C103 for anyone interested in joining Science Olympiad.  Interest flyers are available outside of C-103.

    If you are interested in running for Class Office, it's not too late! See Ms. Robertson in B-213 for an application.

    YPC is always looking for members and if you are interested in joining, contact Officer McPeak or the clubs VP, Brett McPeak for details. The Youth Prevention Coalition, a division of Drug Free Wilco.

    Any student who was in Beta last year and ordered a t-shirt, please stop by this Thursday to pick it up from Mrs. Knox in room B210. I am here early in the morning.

    Music? Our new choir director Mr. Clark is seeking students to take his Vocal Music 1 class and also wanting to start an all-boys ensemble.

    Yearbooks are now on sale. Students can purchased these on the school website or in A-303. They are $65, which is the lowest price of the year! Link to School Cash on-line

    Applications are available now outside of the bank. In order to receive your pass the bank needs a completed application, license, proof of insurance, and $20 cash or check made payable to LHS.

  • PreK - 3rd Grade Transition into Full Time: September 9, 2020

    At the September 8th Board of Education Meeting, the board voted to allow Pre-K through 3rd grade students, who are currently enrolled in Modified Hybrid to transition into “Full Time Traditional” starting on Monday, September 21. For more information, click the link above.

  • USDA extends Free Meals for all kids through December 31, 2020.

    What this means for Wilson County families is that all children, regardless of eligibility, can eat a standard breakfast and lunch at no cost through December. Click the link above for more information.

  • WCBOE PUBLIC NOTICE: August 31, 2020

    The Wilson County Board of Education will meet on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. to attend the TSBA Fall District Virtual Meeting, followed by a regular Board Meeting at 7:00 p.m., at the Wilson County BOE Administrative & Training Complex, 415 Harding Drive, Lebanon, TN 37087. Board Meetings are streamed online at Watch Board Meetings. The Work Session and Board Meeting previously scheduled for September 14 has been cancelled.
