The Wilson County Board of Education does not maintain an “approved or preferred Vendor List”. All schools and departments within the school district are free to purchase from any vendor chosen upon obtaining the correct vendor information. Vendor information is entered into the accounting systems of the district and school locations as needed to make a purchase and no entry will be made without complete vendor information forms on file. Each vendor must submit, to the Bookkeeper of the correct location, a Vendor Form and copy of their W-9 Form. The Vendor Form along with a blank W-9 Form, in case the vendor does not have one readily available, are available below.
