Wilson County Schools offers the use of 2 FREE Healthcare Clinics, located in Mt Juliet and Lebanon, managed by Premise Health.  The Clinics are available to all healthcare enrolled participants and their enrolled dependents over the age of 5. 

The clinics are staffed by qualified physicians, PAs, NPs and nurses and are available by appointment only, no walk-ins allowed  Onsite, free generic medication may also be available. 

There is a $25 no show fee charged for missed appointments.
