  • The Collegiate Academy at Green Hill High School

    The Collegiate Academy at Green Hill High School is a partnership between Wilson County Schools and Volunteer State Community College. The goal of The Collegiate Academy is to provide highly motivated high school students the opportunity to earn high school and college credits through a high-quality college-preparatory program while also enjoying the Green Hill High School experience.

  • Rising Freshman Registration:

    Parents of 8th grade students,

    The staff at Green Hill High School would like to take the opportunity to meet you and share some of the information surrounding registration and course offerings. Please plan on joining us in the Theater of Mt. Juliet Middle School on the evening of January 8th from 5:00-6:00.

    The students will receive the information along with registration forms from Mrs. Walker, School Counselor, during school on the 8th.

What's Up Wilson!


    Parents who would like to request an “out of zone” transfer for next school year will be able to submit an application, starting February 1, 2020. This includes all teachers and staff, who work for the district. Open Enrollment runs from February 1 - February 28, for the 2020-2021 school calendar year. Eight Schools are eligible for an open transfer, including the new Green Hill High School, which will open in August

    All new students to Wilson County Schools must enroll online through the Skyward New Student Online Enrollment Portal. The portal will be available for the 2020-21 school year beginning Thursday, March 5th.

The new information reflects our commitment to thrive, excel and maintain our position as one of the top performing public school districts throughout the entire state.

District Headlines

  • District Storm Damage Information & Updates

    West Wilson Middle & Stoner Creek Elementary sustained extremely heavy damage during the March 3rd storms. Those buildings will not be in use for the remainder of the school year. Plans are currently being devised on what the remainder of the school year will look like for everyone involved with these schools. Those plans will be released in the coming days. For updates on the district's extensive storm damage and plans for moving forward, click the link above.
