BOYS' SOCCER TRYOUTS
There will be soccer try-outs on the following dates:
Tuesday, February 18th for 6th grade
Wednesday, February 19th for 7th grade
Thursday, February 20th for 8th grade
- All try-outs will be after school until 5:30pm.
- Players should have shin guards and sneakers or cleats for try-outs, but please have sneakers on hand if we have to be inside.
- We will meet in the cafeteria after school and go to the field from there.
- All players should bring a physical to try-outs, unless they played another sport this year.

What's Up Wilson!
The early voting period for the March 3rd Election Day starts February 12, 2020! Included on the ballot is a “Wilson County Sales Tax Referendum.” The referendum contains an amendment to designate the education portion of the revenue generated from the proposed increase to raise teacher salaries. Parents who would like to request an “out of zone” transfer for next school year will be able to submit an application, starting February 1, 2020. This includes all teachers and staff, who work for the district. Open Enrollment runs from February 1 - February 28, for the 2020-2021 school calendar year. Eight Schools are eligible for an open transfer, including the new Green Hill High School, which will open in August
Each spring, elementary schools throughout the district hold open house "Kindergarten Fair Nights" for all incoming kindergarten students. These events provide an excellent opportunity for parents and students to learn more about what will be expected for the upcoming school year.
