Wilson County Schools offers a variety of benefits to enhance the lives of our employees and their families. The system pays 100% for single medical coverage, 100% for single dental coverage, 5 free employee assistance visits and provides a $75,000.00 life insurance for employees that work 30 hours or more per week. Employees can also enroll in family coverage for an additional cost. Flexible Benefits including medical reimbursement and child care plans, vision, additional life insurance, and various supplemental plans are also available for additional cost. Our health insurance plan also includes a fertility benefit with Progyny.
