- Wilson County Schools offers the use of 2 FREE healthcare clinics
- Mt Juliet: 3565 N. Mt Juliet Road, Mt Juliet, TN 37122
- Lebanon: 308 West High Street, Lebanon, TN 37087
- The health clinics are available to all healthcare enrolled participants and their enrolled dependents beginning at age 2.
- The health clinics will be available to all regular part-time employees beginning January 5, 2026.
- Please note that substitutes are not considered regular part-time employees because their hours may fluctuate. Substitutes are not eligible to use the employee clinics.
- The health clinics are available by appointment only.
- Employees can call the clinic at 615-680-4338 to schedule an appointment.
- The health clinics offer free onsite generic medication, dependent upon what is currently in stock.
There is a $25 no show fee charged for missed appointments.
