Designed to support and train new and aspiring Occupational Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers, TWC offers industry experts an affordable and candidate-focused route to licensure, distinct from traditional programs. This 18-month, job-embedded program allows you to learn and grow within a real-world educational setting.

Application Process

Please complete this non-binding Interest Survey if you want to be considered for the upcoming school year's cohort. We will contact you with further information.
Please apply for open positions in your content area with Wilson County Schools.
Once an offer of employment has been made from Wilson County Schools , please complete this Application Form (in addition to the interest survey).
You will be invited to an interview/meeting where we go over key points of the program and complete some necessary paperwork.
If accepted into the EPP, you will receive a written notice of your acceptance and may choose the 'TWC EPP' as your educator provider program in TNCompass.
The TWC EPP will work closely with district administration in matters around hiring and initial licensure.
You start with us! The coursework for new cohorts always starts with five days of Intensive Instruction at the end of July every year. All five days are in person and attendance is required.
