Returning Student Registration

Returning Student Registration Overview:  Opens July 8, 2026

Returning Student Registration is a mandatory online process completed through Skyward Family Access.  This requirement applies to:

  • Current Students: Anyone completing the 2025–26 school year within our district.
  • New students that pre-enrolled on or before June 12, 2026.  Part 2 of the enrollment process begins July 8, 2026.
  • LSSD Rising 9th Graders: Students transitioning from Lebanon Special School District to Wilson County Schools for the 2026–27 year.

If you don’t have a family access login. please reach out to your School Registrar.

Proofs of Residence

Parents/Guardians are required to provide/upload two new proofs of residence each school year during the Returning Student Registration process through Skyward Family Access.

Two Proofs of Residence. Examples:

Note all information is subject to verification by Wilson County Schools.

  • TN Driver’s License or Photo I.D. with current address.
  • Mortgage/Lease Statement for current address dated within 30 days prior to enrollment.
  • Utility Bill such as water, gas, electric or landline phone bill dated within 30 days prior to enrollment.
  • Motor vehicle registration with the current address.
  • Employment record (ex. most recent check stub with home address) dated within 30 days prior to enrollment.
  • Voter’s Registration Card.
  • Document from TN department of Human/Children’s Services for benefits with current address dated within 30 days prior to enrollment.
