Returning Students, LSSD Rising 9th Graders, & Students Pre-Enrolled in the Spring

Online Registration is not available in the mobile app. Guardians are able to access Online Registration through the Desktop version, either on their mobile device through a web browser, or on a computer.

Registration Overview:  Opens July 8, 2026

Returning Student Registration is a mandatory online process completed through Skyward Family Access.  This requirement applies to:

  • Current Students: Anyone completing the 2025–26 school year within our district.
  • New students that pre-enrolled on or before June 12, 2026.  Part 2 of the enrollment process begins July 8, 2026.
  • LSSD Rising 9th Graders: Students transitioning from Lebanon Special School District to Wilson County Schools for the 2026–27 year.

If you do not have a family access login. please reach out to your School Registrar.

Current, Pre-Enrolled, and Lebanon Special School District 26-27 9th grade students:

Beginning July 8: Log into your Skyward Family Access Account, then click on Returning Student Registration. Be sure you are not trying to use your student’s account.

Follow the steps and refer to the Registration Tutorial.

Schedules will be available for families of students in 6-8 and 9-12 schools once registration is complete.

Proofs of Residence

Parents/Guardians are required to provide/upload two new proofs of residence each school year during the Returning Student Registration process through Skyward Family Access.

Note all information is subject to verification by Wilson County Schools.

  • TN Driver’s License or Photo I.D. with current address.
  • Mortgage/Lease Statement for current address dated within 30 days prior to enrollment.
  • Utility Bill such as water, gas, electric or landline phone bill dated within 30 days prior to enrollment.
  • Motor vehicle registration with the current address.
  • Employment record (ex. most recent check stub with home address) dated within 30 days prior to enrollment.
  • Voter’s Registration Card.
  • Document from TN department of Human/Children’s Services for benefits with current address dated within 30 days prior to enrollment.
