  • KIDS CLUB ACTIVITIES TO OPEN MAY 21

With the Governor’s “Safer at Home” executive order expiring at the end of this month, we understand that many of our parents/guardians will have the opportunity to return to their places of work very soon. As a result, we will be opening Kids Club summer activities beginning on Thursday, May 21. Registration for Kids Club will start on Friday, May 1.

The link to that registration process will be sent out on the morning of Friday, May 1. You can go ahead and familiarize yourself with the Kids Club link, but again, it will not be activated for Kids Club registration until May1.

While we have chosen to open this valued service, we want everyone to know that EXTREME HEALTH PRECAUTIONS & PROTOCOLS WILL BE IN PLACE when Kids Club resumes on May 21.

Kids Club activities are open to students in our district who will be incoming Kindergartners – incoming 5th Graders.

Complete information will be provided by a Kids Club Site Director following the registration process. You will be contacted and get answers to any questions or concerns you may have. This announcement is for your planning purposes. However, it’s important to begin the registration process once it starts on May 1. It will help tremendously in continued planning for our Kids Club summer programs.

Should you have any questions leading up to the May 1 registration date, please contact our Extended School Program Director, Jo Beth Caldwell (caldwellj@wcschools.com).
