Why am I not receiving emails, robocalls, or texts from the district?
Usually, this can be resolved by updating your phone number and email in Skyward. Typos sometimes occur, which will cause this to happen, and it’s also possible that you’ve gotten a new cell phone and/or email address, but forgotten to update the information in our system. It’s also important to note that some cell phone providers do not allow automated systems to leave voicemails, if a call goes unanswered. Lastly, it’s possible that you have somehow “opted out” of the notification system inadvertently.
If all of your information in Skyward is correct, and you have not “opted out”, please submit a request to the district, via our “Let’s Talk” customer service portal, and we’ll assist you with getting this resolved.
