Summer Learning Academy 2026

Pursuant to the legislation of the Tennessee Learning Loss Remediation and Student Acceleration Act, Wilson County Schools offers Summer Learning Academies to priority students currently in Grades PreK- 8. These academies are designed to ensure that our priority students are provided continuous instructional support during the summer months and are able to begin the upcoming school year ready to learn.  There is no cost for students who attend Summer Learning Academy. 

Summer Learning Academy begins Monday, June 1, and ends Thursday, June 25, 2026. SLA meets from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  School attendance days are scheduled Monday-Thursday only. 

Breakfast, lunch, and mid-morning snack will be provided daily free of charge. Wilson County bus transportation will be offered.

Parents can register for summer camp via Skyward beginning March 16, 2026, until April 17, 2026. Space is limited.
